President Hardin salutes graduating students with Class of 2026 toast Opens in a new tab or window.

More than 400 graduating students from throughout Quinnipiac kicked off Commencement week with a class toast on Monday afternoon in the Pasquale “Pat” Abbate ’58 Alumni House and Gardens. President Marie Hardin read an original poem to the graduating students before raising her glass to each of them for their accomplishments. Cricket and Henry, area therapy dogs, also were on hand to help ease some of the pre-Commencement jitters.

A vibrant showcase of research, creativity and academic achievement filled The Science Innovation, Technology and Exploration (SITE) academic building on Tuesday, April 28, as hundreds of Quinnipiac students presented their work at Illuminate: The Quinnipiac Student Expo.

Student-led TEDx QuinnipiacU spotlights the power of purpose Opens in a new tab or window.

Driven by an entirely student-led team, TEDx QuinnipiacU centered five Bobcat speakers on the iconic red dot carpet to deliver “ideas worth spreading.” Sparked by the power of purpose-driven passion, each talk was delivered to the live audience filling Quinnipiac’s School of Business auditorium on April 30.

Spiritual and Religious Life

At Quinnipiac, people of all religions are welcomed, accepted and encouraged to fully observe their faiths. We have several organizations that offer worship services, counseling and celebratory activities that enable members to live spiritually fulfilling lives.

Athletics and Recreation

Ultimate Frisbee, flag football, hiking Sleeping Giant and skating in our hockey arena are just some of the ways you can stay active throughout the year. Work out in one of the fitness centers located on our 3 campuses, each fully equipped with free weights, weight-lifting and cardio machines. Run on our suspended indoor track, take a group fitness class like Spinning or Zumba, or practice yoga or Pilates with our certified instructors. You can even earn credits while enjoying canoeing and indoor rock climbing.
