Here you'll find application materials you'll need to apply for financial aid. We've also provided some handy guides and brochures for you to download.
Once you have completed the forms below, you may upload your documents to send to the Graduate Financial Aid office.
Financial Aid Application for Graduate Students 2025-26 (electronic form)
Required for students seeking any form of assistance for Summer 2025, Fall 2025 and/or Spring 2026
Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan Request 2025-26 (PDF)
Required for students who wish to take out a Direct Graduate PLUS Loan for Summer 2025. Students applying for Fall 2025 and/or Spring 2026 can apply after June 15.
Authorization to Release Information for 2025-26 (PDF)
Authorizes the Graduate Financial Aid Office to share financial information to a third party (for example, a parent, spouse or friend)
Graduate Grant Application 2025-26
Used in conjunction with the FAFSA to determine eligibility for possible grant funding. For full-time on-ground students only. The parent application is required for unmarried students under the age of 26.
This form is optional.

If you need additional loan funds to cover expenses not covered in the Cost of Attendance, please contact the Graduate Financial Aid office. We may consider:
Purchasing a laptop.
Assistance to cover the costs of the University's health insurance plan for Summer 2025.
Assistance to cover the costs of the University's health insurance plan for Fall 2025.
For students who have been selected to provide us Proof of Identity and Educational Purpose please also contact our office for the necessary forms.
