Schedule an Event in Three Easy Steps
- Log into EMS (MyQ login required)
- Click “Create a Reservation” or select a reservation type from the “My Reservation Templates” list
- For virtual events, select “Reserve a Virtual Event”
- For virtual events, select “Reserve a Virtual Event”
- Enter your event information
- Be sure to book your event time accurately. Do NOT include extra time for set up and clean up; the system will include that automatically when necessary.
- Provide a clear and helpful title, a complete description of your event, and the URL (Event Link) for participants to join/register for virtual events. This information will be public, so be sure to use clear, accurate and helpful information.
Watch for confirmation of your event. Once your event is approved in EMS, it will appear on the website automatically, usually within a day.
